Terms of Service
Understanding our booking policies
Booking & Payment
- A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit secure your event date.
- Remaining balance is due on or before the event day (cash, card, or invoice).
- Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
Safety & Site Requirements
- Client provides a level, secure area with access to parking for our trailer.
- Animals must remain within the supervised enclosure at all times.
- Handwashing/sanitizer stations are supplied; guests must follow handler directions.
Weather & Cancellations
- If severe weather threatens safety, we may reschedule or adjust the setup.
- Client-requested cancellations with fewer than 7 days' notice forfeit the deposit.
- We will work with you to find the next available date when rescheduling.
Liability
A Traveling Farm is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability coverage, but clients agree to provide reasonable supervision of guests and assume responsibility for site-related hazards outside our control.
